About the Lead The Way Fellowship & Retreat:

Each year, we scan the country for the brightest and most promising women of color leaders working in the communities and at the national level on a range of pressing issues from education to violence against women to racial equity to economic security. Then, we invite them to take a week off from their daily grind to connect, sharpen and rejuvenate.

In our time together, Fellows have an opportunity  to work with some of the foremost social sector consultants and leaders, reflect on their career trajectory in new and exciting ways, and connect with other leaders who share their commitment to building a more just and equitable society.

What emerges at the end of the year-long Fellowship are more confident leaders who are better prepared to not only lead organizations, but the field more broadly.
